Very cool. Nice place. My shoulder was so sore I could not raise it completely right after I had full range of motion with very little soreness over all.
Ok!! I went this morning, and experience my first 'Shape Pod"... I did enjoy the whole ordeal. Very relaxing!! the staff is great, they are VERY inviting.. the owner himself took me around and gave a tour of everything. I WILL BE BACK, I'VE ALREADY BOOKED MY NEXT APPT..
