Great staff and services. The Whole body cryotherapy is my favorite quick in and out for recovery. The spot treatments are very helpful for when in have specific injuries and the NormaTec boots really help for leg recovery.
After the full body cryotherapy session, I felt amazing! Staff was great, so helpful and nice. I can't wait to come back!
