I was very happy with my visit to Chill and Heal! I left feeling great. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
I really liked the Sauna pod to burn off calories and get in a good sweat.
Loved the infrared wrap!! It definitely helped with my back pain. The staff is also super friendly!!

I've had three sessions so far everything different I love it all
I have had 2 appointments this week. I have enjoyed every minute of both sessions. The staff is SUPER friendly, the environment is inviting and relaxing plus my session have been great!!
My first time here and it was amazing!!! Everyone is so nice and explains how everything works and what it does! I definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait for my next session.
