Wow . No complaints about the food but the waiter was one of the worst I've ever had. Horrible attitude. I'm still shocked.
Have went there several times and normally good. Went 3/11/2017 and probably worst restaurant experience I have had in over 10 years. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, one order was wrong, and one of the meals had food on it that was not even cooked. When the manager came to talk to us he seemed visibly dazed, something was wrong. Very creepy. Normally this restaurant is pretty good, but I don't plan to go back after this experience.
We were there tonight around 7:30pm. The wait was short despite how busy they were. The gentleman who served us was amazing. I never caught his name. We sat in a big corner booth near the bar area. He took such good care of us even though we didn't spend a ton of money. He never acted annoyed (like many do) but was always on top of it. Thank you for making our one night a month family dinner out great. We don't get to go out much but glad we chose here tonight!
I've been a chili's girl for 30 years. My family loves this restaurant. There is something on the menu for every one. We frequent this Meridian chili's atleast twice a month or more. Our favorite server is Amy. She never disappoints. Always the best service and friendly attitude. They have the best margaritas!

Never again! Holy cow what an experience. First we are seated by what I can assume is a kitchen, the phone has rung of the wall, no one appears to answer yet it's right at my ear. Then we order our food 'cajun shrimp pasta' only to have it delivered with apology because they made it with chicken and picked it off and put the beef aka shrimp, which mind you was cold. I ordered a chicken dish with broccoli and quinoa. I was served a cold chicken dish with rice and beans that were left in the sauce that comes in the can with them. They didn't even take the dish off the bill even though I only ate two bites
