RecommendedWent in with my wife and sat at the bar. Ordered two beers. Found the bartender to be rather unfriendly and borderline rude. We were planning to have dinner and more beers but I decided that we were done and paid my check and left the bartender a $0.50 tip and we went to Wingers for our dinner. Done Deal! The way I see it is that our money is as good as anyone else’s. Your bartender came across as if he was doing us a favor in serving us. Who needs that?
we came in at 9:50! I didnt want to stay and keep the crew working late. they (kayla) insisted we stay! we came from Oregon. this was worth the 8 hour drive! The staff was beyond kind, the food (fajitas) was amazing! Most Chilis are great but this is THE BEST. THANK YOU KAYLA & CREW! we adore you guys! best service/food/ hospitality ever!
Waitress didn't come back to check on us. Hair in my sandwich. Saw it before I took a bite. Had to go back to the kitchen to find out what was taking so long for food. Would not recommend and won't be back
After being seated, we waited over an hour and 15 minutes. The food NEVER came! After numerous excuses, we left. We were not even offered free chips or anything. Terrible, terrible service. Won’t be going back!
Love Chili's we've been going there since they opened. Instead of steak there was ground beef in the chili. Prefer it the original way.also wondering when the one that was moving from Milwaukee to entertaient Ave. Was going to reopen?
Great service and food!
Waited at least 5 to 10 minutes just for the hostess, as it had been every time I have come here, then 5 to 10 to be seated, and it was not even busy. They definitely need more hostesses, along with bus boys. Customer service needs improvement for sure. And we were not the only one dissatisfied at the door waiting, there were other people making comments "I could go to the chilis downtown and get served faster".
I have become more and more dissatisfied with Chili's. Food is edible no one is at the front desk on my last three visits. I wait long times without any drink waiting for a refill. The chili quest has gotten much smaller. They took off a wonderful chicken fried steak entree and I loved their corn. Don't think I’ll give them any more chances.
