Chili’s to go was very disappointing this visit. I placed an order online and also paid for it online thinking that would improve the speed...it did not. I stood at that to go counter for about 10 minutes before I was greeted two servers walked by me and looked at me and said nothing. Finally a woman who was busy cleaning the back asked me if I had been helped I said no so she went to go find someone. Great food, great service, great location, great night out.
Waitress was very nice. The rest of the staff were not.
Meh.... service was not good. Food wasn't any better. My kids refuse to drink the strawberry lemonade that came with the dinner. Corn was v inedible.

We always go here and have never had a problem. Food is always great and service also. Sometimes you just get that one day where everything goes wrong, it happens. One thing for sure the Molten Lava Cake is always fantastic!!
