I was charged twice for the same online pick up order, and restaurant did nothing to fix that. Manager Lindsay and the owner were supposed to do a refund, but 8 days later no money, and no calls back! Sad that customer service doesn't exist there! They didn't even say sorry! Will be reaching out to corporate! Be aware, check your bank statement!

The food was good, but I have to say that they need to hire more people. The food took nearly an hour to be cooked with a half full restaurant... then the steak Lisa ordered was undercooked and the shrimp came 20 minutes after the food was brought to us after reminding them. The server was as good as she could be considering the lack of staff, so not her fault... the food tho was good and as expected, even if it was late and undercooked, which wasn’t a bad thing to me, it was medium rare and was supposed to be medium well...... read more
