Horrible service last night! It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and even longer for food

I am from out of State and thought I would take my family out to lunch before taking my grandson to the movies. Well the wait for our food was horrible. We ordered drinks and waited and waited. By the time lunch came my grandson and granddaughter were on thier second Chocolate Milk my son in law on his second diet Pops. My wife and daughter finished their beer, which never happens and yes my beer was empty. Once the food came it was great. I ordered a second beer and it didn't come until the end of my meal. This is sad to read all these comments because our meal was outstanding and our service was perfect! Both my children were full and Happy, they kept our drinks full without being asked, food was hot and quick and I was impressed with even the presentation of my plate..Had to snap a picture because it just looked awesome and was delicious �
Great food always spot on service waitress comped us some chips and salsa due to it being busy and food taking a little longer than the normal which we knew it was busy!! Always look forward to the respectable clean staff!! See ya soon thanks
Great food & service - Melodie makes the best margaritas in town -"in my opinion!" She is fantastic! Definitely will keep coming back to Chili's!! �
