Trash on fire. Slightly neglectful
Just dirty. Tables are sticky. Walls are covered with food/beverage spray. Food was ok, but if the part of the restaurant we sit in looks this bad, I don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like. Service was not the best we’ve ever had. Very nice, but rather Impatient.
Doors were dirty and looked to have been cleaned but tons of smudges. The floor was wet on way to bathroom with caution sign up and tables around … not sure why didn’t use mop. Kids Alfredo sauce didn’t have a taste to it/
RecommendedIts pretty good steak was under done and friends was over cooked. Everything else was spot on. Staff was friendly and very good at their job. Great Falls, MT

ordered delivery.. original bbq ribs with fries n street corn. 1he. I got Dry flavorless non bbq ribs..11 tiny fries. corn was good. I call restaurant he blames it on door dash..but door dash doesn't pack the bag am I right? hr tells me call dasher. I call stephanie Freeman 6503895395.. she says no problem another dasher will bring it. 117 minutes later NOTHING. I call chili's back. no responsibility no customer care. and that dashes number is turned off? this is strike 2 for chili's . you suck at customer service..my associ... read more
awful is the only word that works for this place. I would never go there again
3rd strike and they’re out! Sat down in the lounge on Monday 11-25-19 and sat for 20 minutes. The server walked by several times and never acknowledged us. After 20 minutes I tried to get her attention and she put her back to me and completely ignored. This was the third time in the restaurant after previous poor food and slow service experience. I won’t be back
