We really like their food but our curbside-to-go orders are always missing something. Twice I have ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad with EXTRA dressing and not only didn't get extra, I got none. And the salad is about 1/3 the size of what I'd get if we ate in. If we could eat in, we would but I shouldn't have to do that to get what I ordered and get a decent portion.
To be honest. I was disappointed. It was my first time at a Chili’s and I guess I was expecting something else. The service was great but the food was, well not.
I'll be honest, I have never had bad food or service. Always very polite waitresses.
Love Chilis! This is always a good place to go when we travel to Great falls!
Average food with a long wait and dehydrated ribs and chicken. Smokehouse combo was cold,rubbery and dry.

Great atmosphere, friendly workers. I ordered the Old Timer and it was delicious. It was my first time eating at Chili's and although since their menu is smaller now, there is a lot of food that I wasn't interested in, but what I did eat, I loved. Our waitress was Casey (not sure of spelling) and she was awesome. She always made sure we didn't need anything and service was prompt. Thanks Casey, for making our experience a good one!
