This was only my 4th visit to this place and it's always disappointing. Tonight our server was in a rush to have us put in our order, didnt bring us the right food, then only brought half of what we ordered, and never checked on us after dropping our food off, so we didn't even get a water refill. We were just going to pay and leave but couldn't find our server. My food was very cold, almost as if it came right out of the fridge, and I wasn’t the only person in my party that experienced this issue. There were other mistakes too, but this was the main one.
Took a large group of elderly residents for dinner. Most ordered steak and they seem to have over cooked the steak. I told them to order it less cooked that way that way they can take it back and cook it more. No way to fix over cooked. I had the burger, it was great.
Took a long time to get our food and the ribs were dry. We often go to Chili’s, but this one is terrible 😕
The place was clean and lots of parking..... I didn’t expect to much else,the food and service really could be better....
Worst experience I have ever had! My daughter and I were ignored. Plenty of tables were open. The staff’s excise? “ oh I’m sorry, I was slammed on the other side!” I know she was not slammed as the resteraunt was not busy and there was plenty of staff available. No one on staff seemed to want to bother with our side. I very easily could’ve just got up and left after eating since I had to go all the way to the other side to find someone to bring us our bill. If your smart, you’ll take your business elsewhere.
This for sure will be our last trip ever to chilis. Chili's Grill & Bar used to love this place. Horrible service and bad attitudes from all employees. Had to wait 15 minutes to be sat when there was only 5 tables with people sat down. Tables not even being cleaned off around the establishment. Hostess wasn't even acknowledging people coming in and sitting people while some had to sit and wait when they were here long before them. Yes I've worked good before for years and this is just bad.
