Brought my son (16) there for bday dinner... waitress Staff helped get 2 tables of girls to serenade him... AWESOME service and extras ;)

Been there twice....very poor service with dine in. We didn't see our waitress most of the night. Our carry out was 45 minutes late. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told he was too busy. When we got home they forgot a few items. No salad no ranch and the food was not good. Will never go back! At least the chilis in Ohio was good!

I wish the had negative horrible service our waitress was so rude and after the manager talked her about it she came back to argue. The thing that I offend her was because I asked if they had other drinks then margaritas and she got mad. Then there food was cold and took forever. In top of that they did not take pride in customer service or the chefs. This rating is only getting 1 star because it won't allow me to leave it at none!!!!! I was just in your establishment, where there were very few customers. We sat at the table for 15-20 minutes and NO ONE came to take a drink order or even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting there. It took us getting up and walking out before soneone said "have you not been helped?"
