The heat a steak suck forever to get our food and a refill on water
I call to place an order online for curbside pick up. When I called to see if the order was ready I waited on hold for 15 minutes when someone did answer they were rude and then hung up the phone in my face. When I return the call I asked for the manager and was told I was speaking to her the manager was rude or than the first person I had online I spent over $40 for my food to receive the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. This is a poor Chili’s and I would not recommend it to anyone
i had the worst cusomter service at this location ever. not only did the waiter never bought refills on drinks and i had to eat ice to quench my thirst. But he manage to have to being me a bill but i never got my desert. when i called to talk to the manager Josh all he could say is how can i make it better and never offer another meal or even showed empathy at all but ask if i knew anyone who needed a job because they were hiring ... i will never go back
