Terrible terrible terrible
The service always sucks. I waited one hour for my meal a salad 🥗 for only one person. I would fire the manager if I owned that chili’s. Never again will I go there.
I swear every time I come to this Chili’s and ONLY this Chili’s they have the WORSE service EVER!!!!!

I placed online order yesterday for a burger(no pink) and it was browned on the outside and bright pink all on the inside. I took it back in and the lady was nice and took it back to get replaced. the manager came out as I waited and I decided I'd let him know and he didn't even apologize. he just asked if it was already being replaced and i said yes but was just informing you. and that was it. he barely even looked at me. and than today i placed an online order for the street corn and it was missing ingredients. it seems th... read more
just tried to go in with a group of 8, and they told us they couldn't seat us. there were no people waiting for seating and empty booths. I understand they didn't have a spot for 8, but they could have asked if we wanted to sit at two tables near each other. they gave up a big group... what kind of business turns away a $100 order?
