better service staff help
I asked for a patron margarita but didn't get my glass on the side that's suppose to come with it so I can pour my own drink myself. The waitress argued me down it doesn't come like that but every chilis I've been to I have received it with a glass on the side I pour myself. There was no napkins on the table, my aunt asked for another alcohol beverage but never received it. Recommendedenjoy the time with family at chili's
Recommendednice clean and fast service
1) no napkins were given. 2) we ordered salads that didn't come till after the entree; they were forgotten. 3) no refills on drinks till asked for 4) price on menu different than on receipt. 5) no to go box was brought. 6) whole night service was slow but the store was not crazy busy. overall; I will be hard pressed to ever go back to that restaurant.
The chili was horrible it had so much grease in it my daughter got sick. And the corn they brought was frozen with hot butter on it and the tender was cooked to hard and was raw inside

this is the 3rd time i have done the togo pick up curbside at this location. my food is never ready at the time i request. i always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. once my food was gross cause i ordered big mouth bites and the bread was as hard as a rock and my fries were soggy. over all i havent had good experiences at this location. and thats sad. cause i love chillis.
So much for going early and expecting quick service. A group of 6 teachers went today with our very limited lunch time, which we advised upon arrival. We were waiting when the door opened at 11:00 and the second table seated. I’ve never waited longer with no apology or explanation. I asked for a manager, but none came. Electronic payment at the table wasn’t working, so 1 1/2 hours later we were able to finally pay our check and leave.
