I had a bad experience today. I have dined at this restaurant many times, but my visit today will certainly impact how fast I go again. My group was at the front door when they opened. It took about five minutes to seat us. We were the second group through the door. We got our drinks fairly quickly, but it was a long time before our orders were taken and was almost an hour before we were served after coming into the restaurant. It was the worse chili's I've ever been to in my life.
DO NOT.....I REPEAT.....DO NOT ORDER BURGERS FROM HERE......CAN YOU SAY MOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!.....And the excuse given was "WE ARE SHORT STAFFED"....Emily.....Poor excuse given for poor customer service!!!!

Staff food & drinks are delicious just kinda miss the OLD CHAMBORD 1800 margarita so I get Strawberry 🍓 🍋 lemonade

Food was good as always, but our waitress, Mercedes, was the best waitress we've had in a long time!
They were very nice to us very polite but I can’t give it a perfect because I think the server was new and she struggled a little .
