Recommendedit was Saturday night dinner around 6 Pm,only waited 10 minutes, to be seated got our drinks fast,& took order right away! food was hot & good our server was great & polite! gave refills on drinks quick also will go back

If you are thinking about warm food, good fast service, good drinks then stay the heck away from here. This is the second time we have come here for lunch with in the past 2 weeks and both times we sat in the bar area and both times have had a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere...I promise you will thank me!!!
The service at this location is terrible at best (Town East Mesquite). Sat in bar area, waited and waited for service, was not busy, passed by 4 servers no acknowledgement. Not the first time and is steadily getting worse, will not be back. This visit was the " let's give them one last chance" visit..... they failed, wasn't surprised.
Our server was terrible.Had to ask twice for tea refill. Ask for ranch and she never brought it.Waited 30 minutes on our food and it wasnt even busy
RecommendedI definitely enjoyed the waitress. She was very nice and polite. Of course,I love the food except it is Lent and i could not have meat. Always enjoy going to Chili's, it is also my great-granddaughters favorite place.
We where there for more that a hour before we got our food our server didn’t introduce himself to use never checked on us to make sure we where okay and we never got our appetizer but the manger did make it right he comped our entire meal and had fresh southwest egg rolls made to go. I won’t recommend chili’s for a date night but for chill family dinner.
