Just ate a late lunch at Chili's in Longview with my husband. We were seated promptly, food was good and delivered quickly, and service was great! Definitely will be returning!!!
Thought service sucked ass had to wait 30 minutes for a drink hour for food had everything mixed up had to ask a dozen times for stuff very poor service

My favorite place to eat
Waiter took orders told him wanted chips and sauce not fries with my burger, brought out half done burger and fries , sent burger back told him one check , never refilled drinks , lady next to us got half done burger also, she sent hers back too. Waiter said we cook burgers on timer for medium, he should tell people that when ordering, not cost effective for chili', if this keeps happening. Seems to be in hurry multiple tastings does not work , sad it see this happening. What should have been a nice birthday lunch turned out... read more
