We had to seat ourselves then waited for 15 min before anyone every looked at us then we got our food and it was nasty don’t get me wrong I love rare steak but this was completely raw it was awful and couldn’t bit a peace off
Waited an extra 20 min for our curbside order. Called to find out what was going on and the person who answered couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. Basically hung up on me. Did not receive half of our order. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. Just sad.
We left before our order was taken. We stood waiting at least 5 mins to even be greeted where the hostess was supposed to be. Finally we flagged down a server show apologized and seated us. We weren’t too close to the kitchen but a worker in there was playing rap music very loudly. We waited another 5-10 mins and a waiter never even came to take our drink orders. DON’T GO HERE!!! Every fast food restaurant in East Texas is rated higher in customer service than this place. The theme here is the customer is always wrong!
Had a great time with great friends on Halloween night 2019!!! Server was awesome!!! Ask for Kaleb with a “K” 👍

We had lunch today at the Longview location...the food was SO yummy...our waiter (Kaleb) was so helpful and efficient...we met the Manager (Chad Johnson)...he was such a friendly person! We'll be back!!!
