I printed a coupon out from online and took it in and ask upfront if it was good or not and was told yes it was good, so I ordered, cost was $9.99. At the end when paying the bill, I was asked where I got it and I said online and was told it wasn't a Chili's coupon but a fake that people apparently make online, and I went through the Chili's website to get it, and in the end I didn't get the coupon honored and this was after we ordered and ate the appetizer. Bathrooms were nasty, silverware was dirty and the food wasn’t how we remembered. Been awhile since we’ve been here but won’t be back.
me and my daughter went here for lunch with our cousin normally Chili's is her favorite place to eat. we did the two for 25 and got two sirloin rare but when brought out were way overcooked. send them back and what we got were two Frozen steaks!!!! idk whats up with the kitchen staff but wow!!! the lady in front of us had hair in her food and chicken was sent back to her not fully cooked!!! waitress was really sweet but mng didnt seem to care at all!!!
