We ordered Togo about 8pm. Got home and we missed our Texas cheese fries, no big deal we called and the manager said they would make some fresh ones real quick now this was at 9pm when they closed so we didn’t expect them to do this so we drove all the way back up there to get some what the manager said would be some fresh Texas cheese fries and we got back home and this was not fresh! Chess burned onto the fries and they were hard! Very disappointed since we order all the time. Guess it’s our fault for not checking.
omg this location is just the best in northeast Texas! the food is truly perfection and done just how it should be and you'll not find a better staff anywhere at any restaurant! 100 stars all the way across the board!!
we had a great server. food was so good. Our wait time wasn't long at all.
Walked in and got put on a Wait list and were told it would be 15-20 min so the tables could be cleaned, went out and sat in our car for 45 minutes and NOTHING, Yelp never updated the waitlist so we left and walked right into a Clean Outback....
we waited 2 hrs on our food. No refills on drinks so we had to get them ourselves. manager was not to helpful either. I would not recommend this place
