THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS REMARKABLE. .FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE PARKING ATTENDANT. ..THEY REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN TAKING CARE OF THE CHILDREN AND SEEING THAT THE PARENTS ARE WELL INFORMED..WE NEED A GOOD STAFF LIKE THAT IN THE SHOALS AREA. ..
Just wanted to say huge thanks to all the people at children's hospital. This hospital is made up of a team of people that have been trained to help your child cope with anxiety, and being scared of having an operation. They gave little Fisher a board game and an IPAD to play. They told us that The iPad in a child's hand is equal to 5milgrams of an anxiety pill. They treated my little boy like a king. Ok, so we sat for many hours in the room and no doctor... The nurse came in to finally do a strep test but no blood test. I requested a CT scan because of headaches all day but the doctor refused because she said she didn't want to expose her to "all that radiation" unless it was necessary. More like it, they didn't want to pay for the test because she's on Medicaid... Blood test should have been done for mono at the very least.
