We have appreciated the love and care since Addysons's diagnosis of spinal neurobastoma at age 11 mths. Dr Chastain is the best and the staff excellent as well. Will always have much gratitude for caring for Addyson as if their own. Thanks CMH!!!!!!
The people here are the best. From the security guys at check in to the wonderful nurses and drs. Only 1 thing that bothered me and it isn't enough to sway my view of this place. 1 of the office staff was running her mouth the entire time we sat in the waiting room. She was speaking to another worker who seemed like she didn't want to hear the gossip or complaining either lol. I felt bad for the lady working while the other just kept running her mouth. This hospital is a good hospital. I would tell anyone with kids to this hospital and clinics
My son had a fever of over 103 almost 104 and took 3 hours to be seen. And they were some people that came after us and went back before us and was seen. And when we went to the back we were back there for 5 minutes.
I waited 7 hours in the emergency room for my son who had the flu. All that time for them to give him 2 puffs of a inhaler and be gone. Security all standing around talking whike there was damn near a fight in the waiting room.
Amazing hospital, my son has been here 2 days so far and looks like we have a few more still to go. Amazing people. Extremely friendly... The ONLY complaint is have Is the "health kick" this hospital is on.. they DO NOT sell regular pop ANYWHERE in hospital it's all diet pop. Not in vending machines, not in cafeteria, not in Fountain it's insane.. lol
