My son is 16 Mercy has been apart of his life since birth being 12 weeks premature and special needs. He has been in house over 1 year of his life. 17 surgeries and some serious illnesses. Would I say every experience has been great, no but overall it is a great hospital with great staff. In all reality it is what keeps us living in Independence.
Children's Mercy Hospital is a great place, the staff has taken wonderful care of my great grandson. Bless them all.
My 13 mo old baby really sick with trouble breathing and constipation that cause her bleeding , they took almost 3 hours to see her and tell us she can't drink or eat anything for x-ray , just wait until the doctor come back . Now we are here almost 6 hours they still doing nothing and my poor baby still can't drink or eat not even water .
Great hospital to be. Extremely helpful staff. Great morale booster.
Amazing staff and doctors. I couldn't be more pleased with this hospital.
