My daughter was in the ER last night and we had a great experience with the staff! Everyone was very kind and patient with me and my mother and sweet with my year and a half old daughter who was very sick and throwing up every few minutes. My baby girl was treated very well by everybody!
We were lost and there were people there that walked us to the exact location. Privacy was important to them and they did a great job interacting with both my son and us.
Loved it. We werent even waiting long when we got taken back and they apologized and offered us refreshments and were all so nice and they didnt make us feel stupid for asking questions about my son.
They are amazing. They took great care of my son and really made sure my husband and had all of our questions answered and that we felt comfortable with his discharge instructions.
