Our 11 year old son had a tumor removed from his neck. From the time we arrived to check in to the time we left the hospital everyone made us feel at ease and comforted. Our son had amazing doctors, nurses and the entire staff was so loving and kind. We are very pleased with how things turned out, and specifically how we as parents were also explained everything that would happen and what to expect post-surgery.
Everyone from the girls at the front desk checking us in, the RN, student dr, resident and dr on call were all awesome
All the nurses and doctors were great!! My son was treated as if he's been there a million times. It's always nice to have a wonderful experience when it comes to your kids. They put my mind at ease.

If you don't make it here, odds are you wasn't going to make it anyway. Wonderful people.
Wish you offered frequent guest points. My daughter has been here so often we remember many of the pediatric staff on the 10th floor and they remember us as well.
