My 6 year old son came in on March 31st for a cranial decompression surgery. We were nervous but trying not to show it so that Andrew wouldn't be upset. From the moment we arrived for a 0530 check in, everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. The nurses, doctors, and all the staff made a point to reassure us that Andrew was their priority but they wanted us, his parents, to know they really cared about us too. This hospital is awesome! They took care of my baby girl with great compassion! They did everything possible to get her to feeling well. They also made sure I was well taken care of during this process.

We had a wonderful experience at Children's Memorial Herman. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure our daughter was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The facility is amazing.
