They could show more compassion for very ill patients. My mother was there for a few days seeing specialists and undergoing tests. She was dismissed as she had met their criteria. She was unable to stand or walk. When we got her home, the iv needle had been left in her arm! She also still had the tourniquet on her arm for drawing blood and her hand was numb! We took her to the emergency room at MD Anderson after we left your hospital and they admitted her and took excellent care of her. Sadly, she passed away there one week ... read more

RecommendedWe brought our dad here and as soon as they realized he was having a heart attack they took him in right away. The nurses are compassionate and very caring. Doctors took great care of him and communicated with us on every step. Everyone has been hospitable from the ER room to Amparó the cleaning lady.
