We were waiting to hear back about our family member. My kids and I waited in the ER.... apparently blankets aren’t allowed to be given to Children waiting in the ER... this is a family crisis and I didn’t think to bring jackets or sweaters since it’s hot outside. It’s freezing in the ER waiting room. Some of these desk nurses need consideration.
