We had appointment at 2:00 today, was told to be there at 1:30... we got there on time, field paper work out, and waited!!! They were not to busy when we got there, but soon after, people were pooping in!! My mother needed one X Ray of chest! We waited for 2 hours, and still waited! I ask the girl, are y’all running behind? She said very behind! I ask if, We can come back in the morning, because my 79 year old mother, can’t sit any longer. Yes!! So! We have been in the ER since 9:00 a.m. 10 hours in ER. When we had a diagnosis since noon. Mom has not been offered food, and no accommodation for her lack of teeth. Just a really wow how poor can you get kind of experience. This woman is 89 years old and has been shown the worst this hospital has to offer.

Best customer service ever. The receptionist was so kind to everyone. Very professional The tech that did my CT scan was very attentive and very informative on what he was going to do and during the scan Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
