All i can say about this hospital is that thanks to all the nurses who sork their with the kids are amazing they were so sooo nice and caring these oast 2 days my baby was their . you guys have amazing ppl working here and i appreciate everything they did to make my baby feel happy haha. I love how tgey keep you updated on every singke little thing that goes on as soon as it happens best hospital i have ever been in i loved it.
No mother wants to leave their newborns in the hospital I have faith of leaving my little one in the hands of the NICU department; he will be takin care of but also with much love. The staff are all so loving, friendly, professional and knowledgeable of there're responsibility as a team and as the caregiver of your child. I can not be more than thankful of all hard worrk n dedication they do into taking care of all the babies especially mine. #elephantpod.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful people the best children hospital in texas so far
NICU is well equipped with the Most Incompetent, Neglectful and Unfeeling people. The "nurses"were Horrible. They actually left handprint bruises on my 2lb baby. Their student "doctors" failed to give my daughter a proper epidural for her abdominal surgery and then wondered why she was screaming in pain. They caused her to have more problems and require more surgeries in the future. My daughter was in the NICU for 84 days and I literally have a horror story for each of the 84 days she was there.
