I work at the CHLA South Bay care center in Torrance as an MA. In the going on 4 years that I have worked there CMG group has been top NOTCH in their patient care. When I get phone calls about where parents should take their child for great pediatric care you guys are always my first option for them!
I've been on hold for 51 minutes and counting trying to make an appointment for my 6 year old crying with an ear infection. Why isn't anyone answering the phone? It normally takes a while to answer but going on 52 minutes is uncalled for. Dr. Klyman is a great doctor but I can not deal with this. I've even left a message....
We've been coming here for 10 years. Dr. Klyman is fantastic along with the other doctors we've dealt with. I trust them with the love of my life !
Dr Klyman has been taking care of my children for over twenty years. I love the care and love that she and the entire staff have shown us over the years. They are all wonderful and very professional. I wish she saw adults. I wouldn't hesitate to have her as my physician and neither would all my adult children.
Such a great group of doctors and staff. Love the people at the front desk. My kids see Dr. Ly Nguyen and they love him. I know so many people who take their kids there and I have never heard anything negative. Love everyone in this office.
