RecommendedDuring my 4 brain surgeries, Tampa General went above and beyond every single day. I just can't imagine what could've happened had I been somewhere else. Not only is their neurosurgery department amazing, but the nurses and staff ALWAYS tried their hardest to keep my head up. I went through several different nurses during my 3 week stay, and we never had trouble from a single one. Very well trained, and such a caring culture. I will never forget that. These people changed my life for the best.
I came to this page to leave my experience here and could not have imagined that I would read reviews of negativity, I’m so unsure of anyone else’s expectations. I have found Tampa General Hospital to be a place of hope, this is where my family and I found sanctuary after the regards of another hospital left us utterly hopeless.
absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! my mom has an abscess and her face is the size of a golf ball! went to ER tonight and have waited over 6 HOURS NOW!! still have not been seen! like wth is going on. it's an ER, not a doctors office! my cousin almost died from an abscess a year ago and they took him back asap! nothing to toy with 😤😤😤 so absolutely disgusted with this place right now.
Praise God for such a wonderful hospital! Had to take infant to ER. Loving staff. Fast service. Great care. Dr came to see us before any tests were suggested. Nurses and Dr were great with my son and made my daughter feel included too. So good!
ufff una super experiencia maravillosa. Tener mi baby aqui fue lo mejor, el trato de las enfermeras, de los de sala de emergencia, las pediatras, la vista del cuarto hermosa, mi cuarto enorme, la.comida. En fin todo super bien.
My mom was admitted for passing out. They kept her for days giving test after test, with fasting between each test. She lost 5 of her precious 74lbs while they passed her from one non-existent specialist to the next. We finally had to bust her out on our own before she starved to death. They never found the cause. Oh and they lost her clothes and a nice necklace. Most traumatic experience.
A hospital.......a fortress..........a God send ! 💙
