I went in for surgery waited in the recovery room for 6 hrs finally got to my room waited another 2 hr for my medication that was never ordered I would have been happier at St Joseph hospital
I can't possibly say enough or put into words how I feel about the amazing team of doctors, nurses, techs, assistants and everyone else along the way who saved my life and nursed me back to health. They will forever have a special place in my heart that they fixed. The only area that needs some attention is food services. This hospital exceeded my expectations. From the nursing staff care to the standards for cleanliness, I was amazed. They get customer service right. The USF Dr.s were attentive and listened. They had healing in mind instead of treating symptoms.
Wonderful, dedicated staff and physicians who go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly and easily for this out-of-towner!
Dr. Nicole Roberts, OB/GYN is phenomenal and compassionate. We were there for a D&C and we had lots of questions. She was patient and informative and compassionate and kind. The nurses were so supportive and compassionate as well. It was a heartbreaking situation but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Listen after initially having some weird things go on with instruments I have to say this Hospital took such good care of me. The Personnel the staff the floor the rooms everything just way way happy with my treatment thank you

ER horrible!!!! Lied to by staff about wait. First told “ in order arrived”, going on 5 hrs and I’ve been next 5 people ago. Known broken arm with loss of mobility and swelling nobody cares. I’m walking out shortly. I’m sure nobody will care. The place and staff have gone the crapper since I worked here. Awful!
