Took my baby to the er room in kaufman they had him transfer to childrens in plano and when we got to childrens in plano they are making us wait. We have been waiting for almost an hr now, Kaufman told me that it could be his appendix and that i need to bring him to childrens asap and now we what to wait.Childrens in plano isn't any good. They have a awful service and clearly don't care about getting there transfer patients in.
Inexcusable and unacceptable. After 6 hours of waiting, no attempt was made to offer care for my child. We were told to go to Dallas Children’s instead, but not to worry because the doctor at Plano had called ahead and arranged our transfer. We were told they’d get us right in once we got to Dallas. However, upon arrival in Dallas we were told no, it would be another 4-7 hours. My child needed care, I thought I did the right thing by bringing him here, but instead he got nothing.
RecommendedBest care! We were airlifted here and from the minute we entered the ER until discharged a week later, everyone went above and beyond for my sweet girl! Lord willing we will never have to return but if so this is where we want to be. ❤ Thank you Childrens for taking care of the most precious thing to me in the world, for that I am forever grateful!

Amazing nurses who actually take care of their patients and care for your being. The doctors are phenomenal and I cannot stress how much the staff at this hospital really do care about all about their patients
We had a great experience today with a fractured foot. The x-ray technician, doctor and person that fitted her with her ortho shoe were all great with my 13 year old daughter. We were there for about 2 hours, which for an ER is pretty good! This is probably our 3rd visit there and we’ve had good experiences every time.
Our sweet baby girl had to visit the ER with a lip laceration. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING! They were kind and thoughtful throughout the entire ordeal! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or care. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation the best it could be.
I attempted to share my daughter’s experience in your plano ER on the website but the form wouldn’t submit. I tried to call guest relations with no answer. I have an email I’d like to share about the events that occurred in your ER. All I can say here is thank God my husband and I are healthcare professionals. Thankfully we did not go home and accept your physician’s plan of care or lack thereof. If we had we would be having an even more grim conversation.
