Great service and wonderful nurses and drs always willing to help. And very patient staff
We live in Crowley Txu so we naturally go to cooks children’s. My son got injured at his daycare and we were transferred to cooks in Dallas which wasn’t that great but then we went to the Plano location for his follow up and it was such a nice place and the people were so nice and welcoming. Very nice Plano location. I wish we had one
Amazing nurses, everybody was so helpful and patient. My daughter had to get stitches on her lip and they made it so comfortable for her. Our experience couldn’t have gone better! Thank you to the nurses and drs in the ER ❤️

April 2017 my son was hospitalized and his full medical bill totaled to just under $19k. Praise God the nurses and doctors were wonderful and my son is ok. However, the billing department has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and continues to be over 2.5 years later. From the beginning I have been billed the bill in it’s entirety despite me having insurance and a EOB showing I owe 1/8 of the total bill.
