Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

This Hospital is all about money and they dont care about your child. Their main focus should be on providing quality care to our children instead they all worried about the parents and try to retaliate when a parent dont go alone with the Dr recommendation. Then they want to file medical NEGLIGENCE on you.

My son was seen Saturday, had numerous tests done, diagnosed with an allergic reaction but tests are showing infection so not a allergic reaction. but was basically just told that since its been 72 hours of release hes not their problem anymore. Cant get anyone to read me results, and rude as hell. So here we are, cant figure out whats wrong and my son is in pain and sick. way to go childrens! The one hospital we thought we could trust!

My son was referred for a second opinion neurologist. After calling for weeks and unable to get a human on the phone we finally got one who said that we don’t need a neurologist we need a headache clinic but either way they won’t see my son because he has two forms of insurance. He has epilepsy and hydrocephalus with a VP shunt- but he doesn’t need a neurologist??? He has not one, but two forms of insurance which would mean double the coverage but Ok! Thanks for nothing
They have no bed side manners and lack compassion.
Everything is great except the consideration to allow both parents for children atleast under 5 years old. Children under 5 are uncooperative and limiting visits to one parent is living nightmare. This needs to be revised, covid or not!!
The most amazing place!! Thank you for being so good to us. We came here with a sick underweight baby and will be leaving with a joyful chunky baby. The cardiac team is over the top thorough and outstanding.
Absolutely the best job I’ve ever had. Not the easiest, but no worthwhile mission is easy.
