I was there from weds til Friday. I started off in the er, ended up being admitted. Was put in 6East room 604, every student nurse, nurse and the rainbow team were amazing. They did everything they could to make us comfortable. Constantly asked if we needed anything. Made my stay alot better then what I thought. Didn't get no sleep the first night I stayed, due to the people next to me. it took 3 hours just for us to see a damn doctor for him to say two words then discharge us !
We were here for 6 days due to my daughter being bite in the face by a dog all the staff was very nice and accommodating was a very nice experience for such the bad reason we were there
It's a dirty hospital, they lie to you, and really we are all just a number...
It's The BEST Hospital I've known. It has taken care of all of my Children.
We were told Dr. Zaltz was one of the best in his field. He has been great! Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage is a bit chaotic due to construction. Valet crew was great though.
My son was taken from Children's Hospital Troy to Detroit with a dangerous fever. Both facilities were amazing. The doctors and nurses showed impeccable care and went out of their way to keep us informed and comfortable. My son was treated as if he was a child of the staff. I was very impressed. Definitely the best place my son could be cared for.
