our doc (Turner in cardio) is AMAZING. super kind caring and patient. HOWEVER our apt was at 9am... we didn't see him until after noon. we kept being moved from exam rooms to test back to the waiting room. I was told repeatedly that there were no available exam rooms... why bother making appointments?
The hospital staff is great but the security sucks! The security are the first people you come in contact with while bringing your sick child in their attitudes are always mean, rude, no compassion at all for the parents... I think the need a refreshment course on how to greet parents/ guest of sickly children...everyone they meet are not bad people it's enough bringing your sick child in but to be greeted by security that act like their mad at the world really sucks!
Love Children's hospital they nurses👩🏽⚕️👨🏽⚕️ and doctors there are awesome! You have some that don't have an outgoing personality, exactly the receptionist👩🏽💻👩🏽💻 in some areas. But that is the only hospital I take my kids when it's an emergency 🚨

I wish there was a -⭐rating ...one star is to good...i will not return to Children's ER... one of the worst hospital experiences I've ever had...the wait time is ridiculous to be under staffed to treat children is beyond horrible.. all these ill babies & parents waiting 3or more hours shows just how much Children's hospital doesn't care
Back in 2014 in December I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes had to stay here for 4 days they treated me like I was a queen they taught me well I really recommend going to this hospital for anything !
