The staff is very nice and helpful!this hospital is the best place for any sick child and if they can't help u they know a place that's just as clean and nice not just anywhere!

My daughter who is 12 has had 13 surgeries at Children's Hospital of Georgia. We love everyone one that works there. The nurses are amazing, so kind and caring. When we walk in they remember her name and make all of us feel like we family and important. The doctors are amazing, full of knowledge and compassionate. We are not just another patient. The doctors and nurses really care about their patients. They made sure our stay was comfortable in spite of the bad situation my son was in.
This is where Anthony had his heart surgery. The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Answered any and all questions we had about what was going on with Anthony's care. The Dr who did his surgery is in the same building. During Anthony's surgery he made sure to keep me informed with what was going on in the operating room. I loved this hospital.
My son Davey spent 10 years at the Children's hospital of Georgia while being treated for Cancer. Dr. Vega, Dr. Hatley, Dr. Howell , Beth Fisher & many wonderful nurses & Residents that took great care of my Davey. We met some wonderful doctor's, nurses, Hemoc clinic staff, Child life spcialists, patients & families there that we called family. The nurses on 5CMC rock. It was our home away from home for 10 years. We are very blessed to have a Children's hospital in our area & CHOG is the best!
Perfect place to treat my kids. The wait is worth it.
