The staff is very caring to your needs. They try and please to make your stay the best it can be.
We've been here multiple times since my son began having seizures. Dr. Gregory in neurology is amazing, patient, and takes the time to listen and answer questions. We've stayed for extended EEG monitoring and the entire Epilepsy Unit are awesome people, especially Nurse Donna!
Our son had surgery and had to stay overnight. The Drs, OR and Recovery room staff were all awesome, caring, and included is in every action. The day staff was also amazing! I would have given 4 stars, for the night staff, if the nursing administrator hadn't come by to thoroughly discuss our stay. They are in dire need of coordinating the timing of all of the interruptions that occur between the every 2-3 hour medicine wakeups. Great hospital! My son was comfortable the whole time despite having a fracture and sprained ankle.
Dr Peck and her staff at the Children's Hospital did a great job yesterday with my sons adenoid surgery! The admin staff called several days in advance to do all the paperwork. My hubby and I felt very comfortable while waiting. Everything was smooth - today he is resting but feeling good.
I love everything about the Children's Hospital the Drs,Nurses,the whole Staff does an outstanding job excellent service .
Everyone was nice and helpful......My daughter enjoyed it wen the activity lady came in and did a couple of projects with her....
My experience was OK. There was times I kept hitting the button for them to help me with my daughter that just broke her arm. It just felt like they ignored me. But it was also the weekend so I think I got the lazy crew at times but night shift staff was more helpful
