My 5 year old had brain surgery here and the staff was just wonderful at making him feel comfortable. Very few complaints. Great doctors. Very welcoming environment.
My 9 year old daughter attended GI clinic on her birthday today. Her nurse noted it was her birthday, told all the other staff, and arranged for Child Life to bring her an amazing present. Way to make dealing with chronic medical issues so much better for children!
Left our son for hours without checking on him. Found him in a bed full of urine. Many other issues. Just think the reputation is undeserved.
My Grandson wouldn't be here if not for Dr. Pipkin And his surgical staff! All the nurses....custodian's.....EVERYONE here is amazing!! Thank you all!
They helped keep my niece alive in the nicu for 7 months for that I love them!!! She then was able to come home after that. She was born at 25 weeks she had to have a trach and went home on the ventalatilor. But she is good!!!
Although we are very greatful for the care our preemie got....there are way too many doctors..residents....fellows..nurses..nurse managers..and everyone else telling you different stories..definitely a total lack of communication there...I will say we had our favorites...and to those few...thank you for you understanding and guidance.
Great job helping the kids and their families!! A great hospital!
After they did everything they could possibly do to help my child they still was asking what else could they do for us, I love this hospital, it saved my life as a child and I will only recommend it out of all the children hospitals in the south.
This is an awesome hospital..with some awesome Drs. and Nurses.
