having surgery over and over again
My daughter goes to neurology and it has always been good. On the other hand.......Orthopedic Surgery department...... I'm extremely disappointed. A representative literally answered my question professionally with a, "I DONT KNOW" That's right, "I don't know" not a "I'm not sure, but let me get back with you" or "I'm sorry I don't have the answer, but I can have someone...." Her answer was, "I don't know" where do they get these people? Straight out of high school? Anyways that's just one part of the story. In general, they... read more
