I traveled from Arizona to meet with a specialist for my son. 1 They called me day of appointment to move it up because the Doctor had a meeting. and since they knew we traveled there from out of state "they didnt want to reschedule us" 2 their parking system was a mess. drove that parking in circles for over 30 mins and ended up driving out and back in again to find a spot 3 the front office staff had my sons name wrong in their system, up on check in the front office person realized they had his last name as his first and ... read more
Our experience here has been great. The Drs are top in their field. They have a lot of activities for the kids to keep their minds off being in the hospital. Our nurse Kirsten on the ENT floor was amazing! She went above & beyond for my son.
THE greatest hospital in the world! Their amazing Doctors, INCREDIBLE Nurses & spectacular support team saved our Grandson’s life & in so doing, saved all of us, too!! #TeamJayden
