having a kid with diabetes is stressful at times, especially when at 830pm you have a pump failure. Huge shout out to the Diabetes clinic on call! A quick call back and talked us through what we needed to do! Definitely helps us sleep better knowing we are a phone call away in an emergency to some amazing staff from Childrens!!

My son’s stay at the hospital this week was made easier by the caring and helpful nurses and doctors. The transport team was so friendly and chatty as he went for different tests. Thank you so much for all the amazing care. 11th floor west nurses and the red team of doctors were fantastic.
Very rude. Patient skills are lacking. After waiting almost 2 hours for our appt we were told to reschedule after driving 2 hours to get there. The doctor we were suppose to see called else where. I completely understand that, but not ONE of the other doctors even tried to fit us in their schedule. After leaving we received a called to reschedule. The ER at Children's hospital deserves a 0. The nurses are rude and very pushy. They don't give you straight answers when you ask questions and they are in no rush to help. As we were sitting in the ER for 6 hours, we noticed the nurses just walking aimlessly around and talking with other nurses. Very disappointed. It took 2 hours for my son to get a MRI, which the nurse said they would take him within the hour. Then another nurse said it could take another couple hours after the first hour went by. Rihanna at the eye center is amazing! She treated us as if we were part of her family and cared so deeply for our situation. we had a great visit because of her, and are so appreciative for everything she did for us.
We were referred to have a spot in our daughter's eye looked at. The support staff and Dr. Chisholm were amazing. They treated us great and made us feel comfortable. I also need to thank Rheanna (not sure if that's spelled correctly) at the front desk for going above and beyond to take care of us and a problem we had with the previous doctor that referred us. She is amazing at her job and will make you feel very comfortable, like you are in the right hands. thank you all.
