Never go here unless you have no other choice. Nurses are great and their care is unaffected by insurance. However, financial corruption has reached physicians. I feared my son had appendicitis, but I was told that it was just constipation and anxiety. He struggled with horrible abdominal cramps, missed school, and social isolation for over a year. This hospital was better before now its just a big building with not much to offer they need to improve the service I went the emergency room tonight I got there at 7 pm I was almost 11 pm and still waiting for a Dr to see my child you guys can do better then that
CHW billing department makes car repos look weak.
I just want to thank all the nurses on the 11th floor who took care of my daughter the last two days.
If you could please let me know who handles escalated billing disputes I would appreciate it. Despite multiple requests to your billing department, they have been unhelpful. Unfortunately, their incompetence and lack of professionalism has soured our family’s experience with your facility.
My baby Sydnee was born at Milwaukee Children's hospital. Unfortunately she was born with an extra chromosome called Trisomy 13. I was told my baby was going to die and there was nothing they could do. I went to 3 different hospitals looking for hope, a 2nd opinion, just a chance it wasn't true.
