The staff were so caring. They spoke to us like people and didnt just talk at us. They take the time know the small things. They took great care of these first time parents with a new born thhat had a high fever.
I don't know where we would be without Children's of Neenah! They have been amazing!
This hospital is great for so many different reasons! They moved very quickly to remove a tumor from my daughter's body and they have did an amazing job with the rest of her healing process (chemotherapy & radiation)!! Dr. Paul Harkar Murray is the best Oncologist by far!! I definitely give them more than 5 stars, they saved my babies life!!
Best experience in a bad situation. Amazing service and staff. My 16 year old was treated like a young adult and we were given great customer service. Even at the end of her 12 hour shift our nurse was funny and polite! Thank you.
The GI floor is mediocre the nurses don't come in that often and when they do its just hi..lets add the medicine..maybe will take vitals and then that's it Keely was a little bit more helpful housekeeping came up only once however Dr Mayer is fantastic as well as Matt he and my son got along great..and Sarah was good..the clinics building has awesome doctors my daughter see's Dr Zvara in PM& R and Dr Escot in orthopedics who are both amazing my younger son see's Dr Monduck in Neuro who is extremely thorough and makes sure al... read more
Our daughter recently spent 4 days in the NICU, all the staff there were incredible with our daughter! Always willing to answer our questions and took wonderful care of our baby girl. We feel we got the answers we needed as quickly as they could to get our daughter home. We will always be thankful for the care she received in the NICU and all the supportive staff while she was there!
Children's hospital of Wisconsin is absolutely terrible! We were on our way to the ER and the PA knew we were coming... Our daughter had seizures. We still had to wait forever to get in and then once we got in it took forever to get the IV in that was needed. And THEN a student couldn't figure out how to get the IV in the correct spot. So that put 2 unneeded holes in her hand. Then another doctor finally came in and finally got the IV in. A numbing medicine was used all 3 times. I had scoliosis really bad hunched over to my right and they fixed it now I can walk normal and look pretty...
