Didn’t even make it to the appointment. They told me literally days before the appointment that the doctor wouldn’t see my child because she has a different provider name on her insurance card. They wanted me to call and have it switched over. For one that’s not my job, that’s what the insurance/billing department is for. My child has never been to the provider on her insurance card, and we have never had any issues getting her an appointment. She’s had surgeries and everything with the same insurance card. Parking is absolutely horrible! They force you to do valet even when half the parking lot is open. It just slows the whole line down. I think it’s to justify the 6 valets they had just standing outside. Really stupid for 100 parking spots. Recommendation: street parking or disregard the parking lot police and park in one of the many,many parking spots valet is hoarding.
Linda north is one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever met. She’s so caring and sweet, she’s helped me so much Same with Ellen tessman, if your child is diabetic I recommend her out of anyone else in Chattanooga, she is so kind I also see the pediatricians there for my 1 year old. They are so sweet! Very gentle when it comes time for vaccines.
My son goes here and they have been great with him. He loves all the Nurses and Doctors he sees and loves the waiting room i love their set up and quick way to check in!
