Everyone was nice and friendly very professional
My wife and I found ourselves here with our daughter for an emergency issue. It was a rough situation, but every person we came into contact with made it as great an experience as possible given the circumstances. From the nurses, custodians, student doctors, residents, student nurses, doctors, techs, amazing volunteers, and anyone else I missed, they were all phenomenal. My daughter was born on August 6, 2025 at Park Ridge East, and we were discharged on August 7. Overnight after discharge, she stopped latching completely. We tried offering a bottle, but she wouldn’t take that either. On the morning of August 9 at 9:00 a.m., we took her to the doctor and were told to “just keep trying.” We went to Walmart and even DoorDashed multiple different bottles, but nothing worked.
