We see Dr Hicks and we love her. However, this clinic struggles with communication between nurses and physicians & is very unwilling to help coordinate care between other specialists & clinics, which is what complex care is supposed to do. They are also very ready to turn away patients without insurance to pay which shows what the clinic actually cares about (money).
