I would suggest going literally anywhere else.
I will say I’m not rating the nurse and doctors a one star as every time we have been seen there staff in the back are awesome!!!! But today I took my daughter at 3:30pm, walked up to window, both windows open mind you. Women at the desk just sitting there as I’m just standing there waiting to be acknowledged. Stood for a good 2 minutes, and finally she looked over and said “ Ma’am no one is at that window” very rude and Sarcastic. Mind you she is in between both windows at the desk. Save our spot appointment for 620. Came an extra 10 mins early, waited over an hour to watch 4 walk in appts go in-front of my 2 very ill children. When I asked what had happened the receptionist was BEYOND rude, and turned us away to sit back down.
